The age submitted is under 18. An adult with legal guardian status over this minor can create a “Guardian Membership” in which the adult stewards and pays for the membership. Otherwise the minor must be a Dependent on the Primary Membership of his/her legal guardian.

Membership for age 65 and over is available on an individual basis only. Couples must apply separately. Membership requires proof of enrollment in Medicare Parts A & B. Impact Health Sharing is always secondary to Medicare.
Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA): The per household per year amount that you pay towards your eligible bills before your bills are shared by the other Impact Members.
Co-Share: The percentage of your eligible bills you pay after your PRA is met. The Co-Share is limited to $5,000 per household per year. The Co-share does not apply to members that are 65 and older.
Your monthly Share Amount could increase if:
