Jeffrey C. Capdeville

Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Mr. Capdeville founded NINJA Mobile in 2003 after acquiring more than 30 years of experience in business development, enterprise system integration and mobile and wireless.  Prior to founding NINJA Mobile, Mr. Capdeville served as Vice President, Business Development, for Toyo Information Systems USA from which he led a successful LBO of the US operations of Toyo Information Systems in order to create one of the first non-facility based wireless operators in California. Mr. Capdeville’s prior leadership includes: founded the The Imperium Group which designed and implemented enterprise business solutions for the gaming industry; founded J. Roberts Group a project management and software development contractor with major clients in Banking, Energy Generation and Automotive and McDonnell Douglas Automation Company whose IT team responsibilities included development and implementation of nuclear engineering systems.

Ray Scarpa

President

Mr. Scarpa has over 25 years of experience in media publishing, marketing and advertising.  Prior to joining NINJA Mobile in 2005, Mr. Scarpa owned and operated a full-service advertising, design and marketing firm.  Throughout his career, Mr. Scarpa founded and later sold several community, entertainment and business publications to firms including Daily Journal Corporation and Northern California Media. In the nascent years of the wireless industry, Mr. Scarpa formed a company which quickly became a Public Utilities Commission-licensed Non Facilities-based Wireless Carrier.  He designed and implemented some of the first prepaid cellular solutions in the U.S., offering the products directly to the public via an extensive retailer network, and ultimately acting as a liaison between the telecommunications industry and various governmental agencies.

Yoshitaka Nakayama

Chief Product Officer & President of NINJA Mobile Japan

Mr. Nakayama has over 15 years of extensive product management and development experience in wireless, consumer electronics and software industries. Prior to joining NINJA Mobile, Mr. Nakayama served as President of Amp’d Mobile Japan where he developed and launched a US-based wireless entertainment portal for mobile devices in Japan. Prior to that, Mr. Nakayama was responsible for the successful commercial product launches of pcAnywhere and other remote productivity products by Symantec. In addition he led the design and development effort of the line Visor products by Handspring and was intregal to the development of SunOne by Sun Microsystems and deployment of AirOne (P2P groupware) by Ariel Networks. Mr. Nakayama received a B.S. in Mathematics from Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan.

Srinivas S.

Director of India Operations

Srinivas brings to NINJA Mobile over 12 years of experience architecting, designing and leading engineering teams for mobile backend systems, content management systems, billing systems, content delivery systems and search engine systems.  Srinivas is a recognized architect in C, C++, J2EE, J2ME, and BREW applications on UNIX and Windows platforms.  Srinivas has extensive experience in distributed mobile architecture using J2EE technologies, WebLogic, Oracle Application Servers and JBoss.  Prior to joining NINJA Mobile, Srinivas held senior-level positions at EximSoft and later Trianz designing and developing wireline and mobile systems for Verizon, Sun Microsystems, Abbot Labs, FedEx, Toshiba and Sony. Srinivas received a Master’s in Computer Application from Mysore University, India and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Bangalore University, India.
